En el momento de realizar su reserva, hay datos que
necesitamos que nos facilite de manera obligatoria como
son los datos identificativos (Nombre y apellidos, E-mail,
Teléfono) y datos bancarios (datos de su tarjeta de crédito
como garantía de la reserva realizada). Asimismo,
trataremos los datos adicionales que nos facilite
voluntariamente; ya sea a distancia, o presencialmente en
nuestros Hoteles.
Necesitaremos recabar sus datos identificativos y sus datos
bancarios para poder llevar a cabo el cobro de los servicios
prestados, así como cualesquiera que se pudieran derivar
de la prestación del servicio.

where you are staying is obligated to present it when requested to do so. Thus, we may
transfer your personal data to the required government agencies and public bodies, as well as
to the banking institutions with which we work for payment processing.
We inform you that, if the customer completes a satisfaction survey sent by 1893 Hotel Boutique and selects the checkbox agreeing to share their opinion with other travelers, the name

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OF INTEREST REGARDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Completion of the Guest Registration Form. We inform customers staying at
our hotels that, in compliance with applicable legislation (Organic Law 4/2015 of March 30,
on the Protection of Public Safety), to ensure compliance with the functions of prevention
of criminal acts and events that may give rise to criminal liability in the investigation of
terrorism and other serious forms of organized crime entrusted to the Security Forces and Corps
and to enable compliance with the commitment to adopt the necessary measures regarding
the control of guests using lodging establishments, as well as for the purposes of prevention,
investigation, detection, or prosecution of criminal offenses, guests over the age of 16, whether
nationals or foreigners, must present valid official identification upon check-in at our
hotel establishments. In accordance with applicable legislation
, check-in forms may be completed manually or electronically,
but the traveler must sign said form without exception, and the signature may be collected on paper or
in digital format. We remind you that we must retain the guest registers for a period of
three years, counting from the date of the last page in the register, or, where applicable,
from the date the information was recorded when stored digitally, with
your personal data included in the Guest Register being retained for that period.
Video Surveillance Cameras. MONEVA ENTRE SIERRAS, S.L. has installed video surveillance cameras in all its
hotels for the purpose of controlling access to its facilities for security reasons. The images
captured by our security cameras will be deleted within a maximum period of 1 month, except in
cases where they must be retained to prove the commission of acts that threaten the
integrity of persons, property, or facilities. Such images may be provided to State Law Enforcement Agencies
as well as Judges and Courts in the cases provided for by law.
Changes to the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was updated in
April 2023. We will not process the personal data of data subjects for any purpose other than those for which it was collected.
MONEVA ENTRE SIERRAS, S.L. reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy
in the event of a change in applicable legislation, case law
